"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best...

"Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Was surprised that the hotel uses single use plastics for bathroom products still. The bar was very quiet and did not have much of a vibe, however we did stay in the week and perhaps it’s more lively at the weekend, however the cocktails were great! One of the most chilled and enjoyable breakfast...

Good Auchan shopping mall and metro station 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant was closed and no room service during my stay so only option to eat was take away delivery or walk to the mall."

"Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. The staff is fantastic. "
