"Housekeeping cleaning was done at a high standard, however, was often done quite late at around 5pm which was inconvenient for us. The shower was very slow to drain and would pool easily. The toiletries provided were very minimal and felt like budget quality. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located close to the main beach on a street of many restaurants and shops. "

"The bed is very comfortable. This is an older hotel with only 1 elevator with limited access to the multiple levels. The hotel layout is poor, we had to carry our luggage across the pool area up stairs to get to our room. The pool food service and house keeping is slow. The hotel is close to bars,food and currency exchanges. The beach is a bit if a walk, located at the end of the street. The breakfast buffet is okay, tasty."

"Coco Beach is a very nice hotel. We stayed in a cabin in the front with a view of the beach and pool area. And we are very pleasant by that. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was nice and the level of service was high. We did know that Phi Phi is a loud island. But it is sad that the noise from the bars on the beach is that loud. And the walls of rooms at Coco Beach are very thin. But overall we recommend the hotel. "

"This hotel was perfect for our requirements, it was well located for the beaches, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to help you. The restaurant for breakfast was located overlooking a small pond, food was good and had a resonable selection for all taste. Lovely pool with sufficient comfortable seating. "This resort exceeded our expectations. The beach area behind the resort is wholesome. You're close to shopping. You can book boat tours near the reception desk. Breakfast is decent. Room service food is good overall. Location is great. We def recommend staying here to anyone! Only complaint was the loud annoying kids next door lol"

"Amazing hotel. We had a swim up room was definitely worth it, not much sun in the afternoon though. Food was also very good and reasonable. Staff very friendly. Rooms were very clean, great location right off the main strip. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This property is clean and well maintained. Checking in took a long time and seemed a bit disorganized. The staff there are friendly and very helpful. The pool areas were good. The upper pool didn’t have enough loungers, only 6/7 while the smaller pool had about 2 dozen. They have paid attention to details in the room like flip flops, beach bag, umbrellas etc to make your stay worry free. 7-11 is a 2 minute walk where we got all our snacks and drinks.
