"Bed was very comfortable, but the room was noisy. Request a room not by the outdoor dining area by the train station. The people eating and talking were louder than the passing trains. The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. If visiting on a Sunday be aware that most shops and restaurants will be closed."

"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. Staff was all very friendly, though despite us speaking German and English, at times there were some language-based communication challenges with restaurant staff that could be improved. "The staff and owners are amazing. Myself and 4 coworkers need a large taxi (or 2 normal) to get to a business meeting a few kilometers away and the owner offered the hotel van to drive us there. I truly appreciated this act of kindness"
