"I booked two rooms on the first night and then a family room on the second night. We had to wait for the family room to become available after 2.00pm after checking out at 10.00am when I'm sure they could have switched us straight over. We are locals and were checking the place out for future visitors or other reasons. "

"When we arrived our air conditioner in our room wasn’t working they immediately upgraded our room to the newer building. Perfect spot for walking around time and beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was good but above all staff was incredibly friendly and always helping "
