"Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about...

"Definitely off the beaten path but a super fun find! Dinner & breakfast were very good and the property was right on the water with small marina. Outside sitting areas were very cozy with flower arrangements and lit candles morning and night. A real gem"

"We were passing the area. The hotel on the road had no room anymore. We decided to get on to the top of the mountain to this resort style hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Recommended "

"Kim (proprietor) was a most gracious host and a great help to us during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and unique. The food was 5 star. We had dinner 3 nights and each were exceptional! Breakfast (included with our stay) was delicious and started our day off right. Would recommend a stay and/or dinner to anyone looking for a ski in/out hyatta. "
