"The hotel and facilities are great. It’s a very calm area and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The only “negative” aspect is that we were charged 30€ per night for our dog and did not even get a dog bed or a water bowl for him inside the room. That was quite disappointing. "

"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"We have spent one night at the property. The staff was excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful and great to talk to. All staff exhibited the "no problem" attitude!. They all went the extra mile to please us, being helpful, turning on jacuzzi for us even when it was after hours. When checking-in they even gave us choice about room choice without us asking.
