"Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool "

"Start to finish a truly wonderful experience for my wife's 70th.birthday, unfortunately the breakfast was a bit of a let down ie. My wife's French toast was cold and my fried egg was frazzled, definitely the worst fried egg in Ireland. The egg makes the fry. Booked a table for 7pm Saturday evening. Arrived at 6.50 and we were told to wait outside in a side room until 7 even though the restaurant was empty at the time. Not even an offer to provide us with a drink while we waited. "From the moment we checked in until we checked out everything was excellent. Our room 205 had a wonderful sea view and was spotless. It was very comfortable and I loved the exposed brick wall. "The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem. "

"Arrived earlier than expected and we were greeted by friendly cheerful staff who checked to see if our room was ready. To our delight the room was ready and we were able to check in. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.The beds were great with really good mattresses.The continental breakfast was plentiful and really set us up for our journey home.The rooms are a bit outdated but they are clean and spacious and well worth the money paid.
