"Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good."

"We had an early flight so had to check out at 3am. Then we had issues with checking in for our flights and returned to the hotel, hoping we might be able to get back into the room. The night staff were very understanding and allowed this to happen. I don't know what we would have done if they hadn't. It was greatly appreciated. They also assisted us with printing documents we would require to resolve our flight issues and the morning staff also helped us to contact the Embassy. While the rooms and amenities were great, it was the staff that really stood out."
