"We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. Great customer service. The main building is stunning. We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. They offer a bottle of water and tea in the bedroom which is a nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with L’ Occitane toiletries. Unfortunately we left early and didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast which was included. We recommend this...

"If we could give 100 stars we would. This chateau, the staff, dining and amenities are all hidden gems in the countryside outside of Annecy. From the time of check in to the check out, everyone was helpful and pleasant. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and offered great recommendations. If you are questioning whether or not to book; do it and do not hesitate. You will surely regret if you don’t stay and one night is most definitely not long enough. "

"Comfortable bed in lovely room with a large balcony. Good breakfast served in an exquisite dining room. Very reasonable bar rates - for the area. After a long day's drive, we had hoped to eat in for dinner but the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. But this didn't matter in the end because there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we found a beauty."
