"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. Staff was all very friendly, though despite us speaking German and English, at times there were some language-based communication challenges with restaurant staff that could be improved. "Such a beautiful hotel with lovely reception staff. We booked a junior suite which had a great view of the gardens and lake. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Comfortable large bed. Great food in the restaurant in the evening. Very close to the ferry and lots of restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station. Lots of options for walks along the lake to other towns and can get the bus or train back. Would definitely recommend staying in Uberlingen and this lovely hotel. "

"Ich hatte ausführlichen chat mit Euch. Es wurden drei Übernachtungen abgebucht. Obwohl 2 nur zwei Buchungen gibt. Wurde mir auch vom Hotel bestätigt. Ich werde es nicht akzeptieren und wenn keine Rückvergütung erfolgt bin ich kein Kunde mehr, Werde alles stornieren und auch Visa verständigen"

"The room was pretty dated and the floors weren’t very clean (had some sort of grit on them). The rooms I saw online were not what we got. The Seehotel restaurant was good and lots of walkable lakefront, park and restaurants nearby. "

"The hotel was not clean. The breakfast had hair in it TWICE. Room service was awful. The internet was broken for 4 days. There is NO pool and NO spa service on the premises (you have to call a number external to the hotel and book yourself. I would not spend 30€ per night on this hotel."
