Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"First appearances fueled hope. it was soon dispelled by reality of lack of service or faculties. For food, I needed to walk a kilometre. No tea or coffee in room. No face towel besides one for bath. No toilet paper. I was greeted with ‘you are the luckiest person to have this room at less than half of what others are paying for it.’ Their attitude seemed to say, I was lucky to hope to get six hours of sleep at their place for only Rs. 3000. "
