"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

"Good location. However, the music from the hallway can be heard directly from one’s room (i.e. at 7:00am on a Saturday). There was no hot water for the shower, and the WiFi stopped working. A bit disappointed. "
