The check in desk was below par with the receptionist giving me my key but not explaining where anything was in the hotel- not all of us have stayed here before. For info, the restaurant is in the penthouse and the gym and swimming pool is on the 5th floor. I wasn’t told this. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean.
