"Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. "The stay was mostly OK, but there are a few issues. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. Both the noise from the nearby road, which has a lot of traffic even at night, and from the neighboring rooms was quite high. I could clearly hear the cars passing on the road, and the neighbors...

"It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the key was at the front desk waiting for me. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was a comfortable bed.
