"Check in levou quase 30 minutos, entre verificação de documentos e liberação do quarto. Já no quarto, havia cheiro de mofo/umidade, as luzes na cabeceira estavam quebradas e/ou não funcionais. No banheiro, o teto estava com muitas moscas dentro do box, um dos pisos quebrados próximo ao ralo, chuveiro estava com a mangueira em pessimas condições e quase quebrada, chuveiro vazando água pelos lados. "I purchased travel insurance because there was a huge chance for issues. Sure enough the airline canceled the flight within 24 hours of booking and the property kept saying cancel is possible but we had to do other steps. We followed the steps and more steps elsewhere were given to the point we were sent to a dead end."
