"Reasonably priced, inclusive breakfast was decent (even if the coffee was a bit cold by the time I made it to brekky) Biggest complaint was that the hotel room itself was missing a fridge of some sort. "Location, Murray and Hay St. Malls 2 minute walk, Perth Underground 2 minute walk, Coles supermarket across street. High end shops eg Gucci across street. Staff at the OAKS extremely helpful and always gave a greeting either when leaving or arriving. Finally for those who enjoy a flutter the Crown Casino is a short train ride away. "The room, car park and dining were all easily accessible and good. The bathroom was a bit irritating - shower curtain that flaps onto one when showering, basin too small. But there was hot water and good towels. The whole hotel was very quiet, we wondered why it was so empty? Unfortunately the pool was inaccessible, something about not having a permit to open it."
