"It was in an excellent location to use as a home base for discovering London. We used public transportation including the Thames Uber boat. The restaurant was nice and even had gluten free options for my wife. Our view of the Tower Bridge from our room was spectacular. When we arrived the safe in our room was locked, so we had to ask for assistance getting it open. The gentleman (Richard) was on it in a flash! He was courteous and enjoyable to talk with. "We had a very good experience. Hotel staff was friendly and professional, and the building and our room were clean. We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent. "

"Great location as near to Euston station. We dropped out bags at 10.30 to find our room was actually ready so checked in. Friendly service from reception. Felt confident with Radisson brand it would be of a standard. Room decor a little old fashioned but had everything we needed including the iron! Clean and tidy. Good price too. Would definitely stay there again as location /price was perfect for a theatre stay . However I would not eat at the restaurant again. Overpriced and underwhelming...
