"Everything about this property was amazing! It is very nicely located close to nice and clean beaches and the wonderful little town of Vrsar. The hotel restaurant is exceptional! The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. "Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

"Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"
