"Property is away from Mt Gambier city so you need a car. Car parking was easy as there was lots of space. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The house was older but renovated. Clean. Lots of space. There’s a kitchen, lots of dishes, cutlery and dishwasher. Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothes airing rack which is a little broken but useable. "Fantastic Place to stay and very smart idea with Breakfast where you can cook your own Bacon and Eggs in the kitchen or have cereal, tea and Coffee maker etc. Definitely worth the stay. All the staff very friendly and the $20 - 2 Course Lunch is like stepping back into 1990's prices. Will stay again if I get the chance."

"We had a fantastic stay. Customs house felt luxurious and was very spacious, with high ceilings) and comfortable to stay in with its old world charm. The breakfast basket was delicious and more than we could manage. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
