"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."

"Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. "The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. The food in “ a la carte “ restaurant is barely eatable. The property itself is really nice and it hurts to see how little would be needed to have a very nice hotel."
