"I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away...

"This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The spa steam/sauna...

"The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. The entertainment area is being upgraded - not fully open-and wasn’t the best for our group. We enjoyed the bands in the Rendezvous lounge though. Food was not...
