"Stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip around France. Nice clean site, helpful staff, out of season so very quiet. Like 3 of the other hotels we stayed in during this trip, the swimming pool was not open when we tried to use it despite it being advertised, but otherwise all good"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The room was simple but well appointed. Clean and very comfortable. The villa is located in a hill within the trees above the river. Very quiet and peaceful. The attached restaurant was excellent, but was only serving one of the nights we were there because they were hosting a wedding on the weekend. "This hotel is a short walk from downtown Sarlat. Street parking was near-by and easy to find. Our room was a Standard but was luxuriously enormous with great amenities, and a very comfy bed. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, even going to far as to ship back an item I'd left in the room. "

People at reception were unfriendly, refused to speak English and were unable to recommend a quality restaurant in Sarlot. Nice pool, good breakfast. Entrance off main road precarious. Four star rating undeserved."

"Accueil plus qu'etrange et vraiment pas agréable, nous avons du attendre 20 minutes la personne devant l'accueil (qui n'était pas sur le site en horaire d'ouverture) la personne ne savait même pas que nous avions une réservation m'a demandé si nous avions déjà réglé et m'a donné un logement au pif. Le logement était nettoyé par les anciens occupants (pas super clean) et surtout aucune désinfection n'a été faite ni avant notre arrivé ni après notre départ en période d'épidémie plutôt moyen."
