"The hotel is opposite Pershing Square, which is full of homeless people, it was heartbreaking to see. We felt a little unsafe as we were taking a metro around LA and lot of homeless people were around the metro station. Same goes to the streets around the hotel. It's a shame as the hotel is absolutely beautiful. "

"Super convenient location, close to everything we wanted to go to. This was our tenth stay at this hotel. Every single time, the staff greets us right away and helps us get checked in fast. They even give us warm chocolate chip cookies! This time, we were able to check in earlier than planned. The room is always perfectly clean and the beds are so comfortable. Everything is spotless. We also love the free parking. This is our Go To hotel whenever we are in the area."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, well maintained, comfortable, with lots of personality in the decoration. You can see the fireworks from the room window, that was an awesome treat! A/c worked well. Staff throughout the entire facility was very attentive and eager to help. They seemed to have that disney hotel customer service. Would love to come back! "

"Westin hotels are 4-class and this one was no different. Rooms are pricey but it was New Years week and Rose Bowl events. Daily housekeeping and towel changes. Wonderful pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants and museums and other sites. The only negative was the hotel did not have a gift shop where you could purchase sundries or snacks/drinks. Otherwise a very comfortable stay. "

"Service was great. Extremely quiet. But as far as room cleanliness bathroom had a very bad smell to it. Shower towels smell like mildew possible not enough detergent while wash cycles. housekeeping was friendly n courteous. Room carpet was extremely dirty i had brand new white socks on and they came home and were dirty like I walked in dirty mud without the chunky stuck on sucks. But just filthy carpet obviously needs a shampoo. "
