"Beds very uncomfortable given that it was a premier room and pillows are the cheapest BM specials, food services ce was slow as was check in due to server / IT issues, I find it ridiculous that breakfast booked the evening before is £11 and not n the morning £18 why? "

"A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in front of hotel and just a five minute walk to the Wrexham football stadium and a further five minutes to the town center. Rooms were very nice with a fridge, safe and air conditioning! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!"

"Overall an okay stay. Car park a tad confusing but depends on which way you enter the hotel grounds. Be careful of old golfers driving at you in their golf buggies in the car park! I was hoping to go for a relaxing swim but it felt more like a busy leisure centre and people doing serious training - not relaxing at all. My room was a deluxe room, however no water or added extras. Bathroom was extremely dated and shower was covered in limescale and mold on the walls. Not to mention some of the...
