"Il y a des odeurs de chiens (urine). La femme de ménage ne parle pas français et ne laisse pas les produits pour le nombre de personnes dans la suite. Ou ne passe pas. Salle de cinéma et jeu pour enfant, ça demanderait une personne pour y faire le ménage quotidiennement. "

"This hotel goes above and beyond to offer entertainment for their guest , to really give it a resort feel . However after having a little “alone time” and the bed moving over a foot or so, we discovered something not so good .. I’ll attach photos . "

"It was fine there. A little bit wait at the time of check in. Lady was on phone for a while. There was not an easy option to park and unload the luggage. Was a little bit frustrating. "

"The hotel is close to the Plaines D’Abraham and is a few minutes walk to Old town Quebec. The staff was very nice and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. "

"I highly recommend this hotel! Staff are very nice and kind. They help in any way they can. They have a game room which my son loved! It's a great room to have when it's very cold or raining outside! Food is good - though room service has limited good options. Clean rooms and Spa is good."

"The Hotel Des Coutellier was a great place to stay. Super clean, Quiet, and a great location. The service from everyone there was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place. It is very walkable to the main shopping areas. Again the staff here was amazing. "
