"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "The room was listed as having a king and a queen bed, but there was only one bed. The property blamed hotels.com for having the wrong information in the list. They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."
