"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit"

"The hotel was a little further from the marina than we’d hoped but the staff were very nice. Would have been nice to know the work ongoing on the front which put a dampener on it a little as could no longer walk along promenade. That is no reflection on hotel though merely info up front would have been nice to know "

"The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality. "

"Just 2 negative comments 1) my room was up lots of stairs ..3 floor s and across the dining room and along a corridor which was not great with a bulky and quite heavy suitcase. The receptionidt took it up for me but i had to bring it down and worried i might fall. 2) The breakfast was excellent although I don’t findpressing a button to make instant coffee as good as freshly made coffee that Spain’s cafés make so well.
