"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. "A lovely modern hotel , easy walking from the metro and we walked to the Duomo etc. Reception recommended and booked us a lovely meal in a traditional Milanese restaurant. Would recommend. "

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!"

"Good location for Garibaldi station and airport transfers. Not central but the city is very walkable. There are good fine dine options and average restaurants and a good supermarket. A Starbucks, Eataly and Princi all in 5minutes of walking distance."

"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. "Wonderful property with friendly morning team (reception and breakfast team especially) and also our bartender, Ludovica, who was a great mixologist and made us feel like we were VIPs.
