"The Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon is a hotel almost in the middle of nowhere. As we were approaching the hotel area...well...we were not expecting much. However, this is a top notch hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice. The hot tubs were great and they provided robes without charge (nice!). The restaurant, which is high quality, was expensive. The food was excellent and service excellent. Was not expecting such high quality in the middle of nowhere Iceland!!"

"Had to do a late check in due to other another property not working out. Even in the late hours of trying to unwind after a long day the staff exceeded expectations and made the short stay very welcoming and great. Would absolutely stay here again, was very clean and new inside and out of the room. "

Very nice in the middle of nowhere!

"The Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon is a hotel almost in the middle of nowhere. As we were approaching the hotel area...well...we were not expecting much. However, this is a top notch hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice. The hot tubs were great and they provided robes without charge (nice!). The restaurant, which is high quality, was expensive.
