"Bed was very comfortable, but the room was noisy. Request a room not by the outdoor dining area by the train station. The people eating and talking were louder than the passing trains. The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. If visiting on a Sunday be aware that most shops and restaurants will be closed."

"The hotel itself was very nice, except the restaurant was closed when we were there. Which was a pain. The parking was oddly far away from the front door. Little confusing when we arrived. The area around the property is very run down, and not well kept. Lots of leaves and trash on sidewalks. Had a creepy vibe, especially at night. Not far from the lake. But, lake was packed with tourists. No great place to get coffee or good food right near the hotel "

"Stayed at this property about 10 years ago and found the hotel staff, facilities and location excellent. Given i was returning to the area I found it on line and returned and was not disappointed. "
