"The Hotel is inviting and the staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a sea view - stunning, quiet and clean, with a bed that is as big as a boat. Breakfast included and Hubby loved the sausages, great choice, Evening meal and Afternoon Tea, sandwiches and a drink in the bar - all beautifully cooked, presentation excellent. Clipper open top bus stops just up from the Hotel, there is parking on site. Will book again loved it best stay in Great Yarmouth"

"It was a good place. Very accessible to go to the beach strip and wander around the city center as well. "

"I was surprised that there wasn’t any Wi-Fi or air conditioning. When I opened the window to try to get some air flow in the room I was struck by how noisy the fountain in the courtyard was. I then tried the electric fan but this even louder than the fountain. I was there for three days (two nights) and didn’t see a single member of staff. It’s up to the guest to pretty much look after themselves. The area around the hotel is lovely however. "

"Very friendly staff. Good location, comfortable bed. The room had everything you need. And it was cleaned and my tea and buscuit station was replenished between the two nights. The breakfast was to die for and the food in the restaurant was very tasty "
