"The staff at the Hotel were outstanding. Those who stand out are the Bar manager, the concierge, the guest check in staff. My daughter and I were staying for 3 nights, we found it necessary to change rooms. The first room they gave us had no "windows" as they were frosted over. Its nice to be able to look out a window even if its just to see the weather outside. We were also disappointed when we asked to see the events facility. My daughter is a Librarian and we had hoped to see the library room...
