"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider returning in the future."

"Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families. "

"Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around."

"Everything was great until the very end when I was told I could not eat my store bought dinner downstairs. While I'm being told this I'm watching a lady and her child eat there dinner from elsewhere (there is no kitchen open outside breakfast hours) behind the young woman telling me this. I feel the manager put them in a position to single me as they stated they were told to tell me so. I feel bad. Was such a charming place. Then everything was off and I didn't feel welcome anymore. "

"Great little hotel and amazingly friendly staff. Close to all the sights and bus route. Room was spotless and a great mattress and pillows! (Very important 😂). Close to a great selection of bars , coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend! "
