"We chose this hotel to stay at for Xmas for the facilites. This hotel is not 4 stars, would rate it at 2.5. Most facilities listed either did not work or were closed. No sauna, no spa, no heated pool, no cafe, no deli bar, fitness centre had a couple of machines only. Hamam worked but no lights so could not use. We had one thin blanket and turned on the aircon which belched out an acrid smell and we ended up with sore throats. We asked for this to be fixed and it was the next day. However,...
