"Loved the room we booked, but there was no heat or hot water when we returned from dinner so we had to change rooms. They upgraded us and even though the room was way bigger the other was just more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great hotel for the price, the location is convenient and makes walking around easy."

"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because...

"3 nights at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The shower was very good. The Breakfasts were good. The grounds absolutely amazing. Lots of history in this place and the decor reflected that."

"We actually extended our stay as we loved this beautiful hotel. The village is small and a car is required but lots to see and do in the surrounding area. We loved the spa - incredibly relaxing and very cost effective. The hotel room is large with lots of storage and has fridge. Gorgeous bathroom. But the highlight was our breakfasts with Giovanni. Many quality choices and of course the cappuccino! Terrific service by all staff. Lovely stay!"

"This property is perfectly located to enjoy Lecce! Many restaurants, shopping, plazas, historic sites nearby. Rooms are small, but very clean and well appointed. There is an elevator, but some rooms have a few steps to access. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again if returning to Lecce!"

"Disappointing area. Absolutely nothing there. Did not appreciate gardener strimming and cutting the grass before 7am, he was still there when we left at 10. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Staff were lovely"
