"I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. "Two night stay plus side was a pool expensive for what it is moved on to other accommodation near by for less than half the price admittedly with no pool but can hire a sun lounger on the beach for £1 per day "

"One of the best places to stay. The resort retains the old Kerala vibe although providing all the modern amenities one requires for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous, warm and responsive. Their breakfast spread is nice. It’s worth the money spent. "

"Awesome location conveniently located close to the railway station and ksrtc stand. Awesome service and very good breakfast that we ordered to the room. Would definitely recommend especially if coming by train or bus and also very close yo Padmanabhaswamy temple."
