"Unfortunately the stay was way worse than expected. Of course, no one expects the decorative pillows to be super clean, but white stains?! Waiters, lady at the bar and a receptionist expecting a baby are super friendly. Rest of the personnel were not really glad to visitors. The toilet seat was not even assembled properly and it was detached from the floor. The soap dispenser had hair of a person who shaved there ages before. Bar furniture has holes all over. "I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "

"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some...

"Front desk was very nice and welcoming at check-in. Room has a great view, but no air conditioning as advertised. They provided us a fan which was a perfect solution. "

"The hotel is a bit tired and needs some upkeep. The lighting in the halls is very dim, and there is a smell of air freshener or carpet cleaner lingering in the air. The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town. "הגענו בסביבות השעה 15:00, המלון היה סגור, על הדלת היה פתק: להתקשר לטלפון מקומי במקרה שאין אף אחד. התקשרנו, נאמר לנו לעלות למסעדה - שם מחכה לנו מפתח. עליתי - נאמר לי לחכות - מסתבר להגברת קיבלה טלפון וירדה למטה לחפש אותנו. בסופו של דבר קבלנו חדר. פתח מיזוג בחדר (ללא שליטה מהחדר) טרטר כל הזמן - חשבנו שזה בגלל הרכבל ויפסק כאשר הרכבל יפסיק לעבוד (17:00). אחרי 6 יצאני לטייל (סביבת המלון מאוד מיוחדת ושקיעה אחרי 9) - דלתות יציאה ראשיות לא נפתחו, מצאנו איזו דלת צדדית פתוחה עם גישה החוצה מאוד לא נוחה...
