"We visit family in the area and enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Super clean, large room. Excellent breakfast. Staff is awesome, especially our waiter on Oct 15 and 19! I don’t know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Many thanks for a great stay!"

"Two main problematic points: 1. Very low water pressure all day in the bathroom, until a weak trickle in the morning and overtime. 2. There is no telephone in the rooms, therefore it is not possible to contact the reception."

"L’hotel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais il est impossible de se faire comprendre. Personne ne parle anglais sauf à l’accueil.... c’est trs compliqué au restaurant, au bar, à la piscine, avec les femmes de chambres.... de plus la nourritire n’est pas variée et elle est sans saveur...."

"Der står der er daglig rengøring. Vi fik det måske hveranden dag. Vi var en familie på 4 afsted, der er en lille dobbeltseng 150 cm, og en sofa. Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. Værelset er pænt. Maden er ens både frokost og aften og det samme hver dag. Man må ikke tage drikkevarer med til stranden eller op på værelset, kun i...

"Quiet and clean. Recommend the rooms with a balcony. Parking costs extra and did not seem to be always available although we were able to secure a spot. "

"The property was dirty. I changed 3 rooms and they were all dirty. The staff didn't offer air conditioner rooms, the refrigerator was not working. The staff was not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel. Coming back after 20 years from the US to visit I felt like I was in the Ceausescu era."

"Clearly management made a bad decision, trying to blame the poor maintenance on COVID-19. I considered the lies for only 1 night (had 5 booked) and quickly moved my family to the competition just up the coast. Bran-Brad-Bega should be labeled a 2-star hotel at best. Everything about it reminded me of trips to Romania in the early 90s. Sad situations were then blamed on fallout from the revolution; now some Romanians are trying to leverage COVID-19 to mask their incompetence!"
