Think thats bad, tjen find the reception staff act as they also come from the old fols home, they certainly hav'nt been trained in hosputality. "The hotel is right smack in the middle of the shopping district in Nantes which is very convenient. It has a rich history which I like. Since mine is a business trip, the lack of a proper work space is a hindrance but it does help me to rest more since I am from South East Asia. The room is spacious and clean.
