"The room was clean, but up some steep stairs. There was no parking space in front of my room, only for the room downstairs. The usual extras such as biscuits to have with tea or coffee, & bags for sanitary items in the bathroom were not evident."

"I liked that it was very comfortable with large room and sofa and bathroom very modern with large shower. The bed very comfortable. Cooling very good. The pool was great especially being under cover and pool water was ideal. The only thing I didn't like was the window looked out onto carpark."

I understand the hotels want to incorporate the Go Green Initative and that guests can opt out of room service, however we wanted our room done, and the service was below standard. "
