"Possibly the friendliest welcome we've ever had. Glen is an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble. Perfectly situated in the middle of Hawes, with gorgeous views from our room, (no 6) over the town and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable, and the freshly made breakfast was perfect for us. Would highly recommended staying here."

"Amazing location. Clean and comfy room. Fridge on landing where we could keep fresh dog food and milk, they can be noisy in the room so great idea. Needs to update to a decent coffee machine if the sign outside says ‘coffee house’. Only filter served and not very nice. Some really lovely, friendly staff. Would definitely come back. 9/10"

"The property is decorated in a quirky manner - mainly antiques, but some modern pieces. It feels more like a relaxed home environment than a hotel. Breakfast and dinner was good quality, but dinner is not available on Mondays or Tuesdays."
