"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is definitely worth the price.Great choice of foods and well prepared. Excellent coffee. Only complaint was the bed. One side was saggy and uncomfortable. Other side was ok. "

"We called the hotel to let the m know we would be checking in near midnight. Communication was excellent and although reception was closed by 11 pm, we had a smooth check-in with the night porter. We were also directed to a nearby restaurant/bar which was open until 2 pm. Coffee in the morning was fabulous. Rooms are very comfortable and ours was spacious. It was a quick one night stay in Thun, and we would stay here again."
