"The room was large and comfortable. However, after a long day of hiking we returned at 4 PM to discover that our room had not been cleaned. For a Westerner, I found the food at both breakfast and dinner to be very unappealing. Although we had paid for half board, we skipped dinner the second night. Instead we drive 15 minutes to a cafe with good salads and croissants. "

"We booked the hotel as it provided washing machines for washing clothing. However, it broke down after trying 2 times to wash the clothes which we spend 4 hours trying to find out the problem.
