"We stayed at the Westin during Cyclone Alfred because we could not go to the coast, checking in on Wed. March 5th. The hotel had shut down all services except gym and one restaurant on that Wed. despite the change in the forecast to Friday landfall. We asked if the pool could be re-opened without the bar and were denied. The cyclone landfall was pushed 3 days and we spent time outside because the weather was not bad enough to close the pool area. The hotel staff did an awesome job of prepping...
