"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

"Great location, close to train station 6 min walk and to all tourist sites within 5-10 min walking distance. Loyd cafe in hotel premise, which is convenient. Didn’t do the breakfast buffet. Hotel room was clean. Only complaint is the water temperature for the shower. It would all of a sudden turn very hot then very cold. Otherwise, I fo recommend this hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was located in such a beautiful part of Brussels that was literally 30 seconds from the centre. The Italian restaurant opposite was gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The bathroom wasn’t great - it was quite small, the shower and sink had weird water pressure and temperature. The shower seemed to either be cold or slowly kept getting hotter and burnt you. The room could do with a fridge to be able to keep water cold too as...

"A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean."
