"The hotel was very good but not quite at the standard I’d expect at the price. A tap in the shower came off in my hand, some elements of the pool area were not on or working including the sauna being off. Who’s got the time to start it themselves. The breakfast service lacked much charm or enthusiasm and the offering was very average considering it cost an additional fee of around £20 per head. Whilst the room was very comfortable I would not choose this hotel again as I don’t feel it...

I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help."

"In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head. "Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades.
