"Beautiful as always "

"The hotel was nice but old. The staff were fantastic. When I checked in there was a scorpion in my room on the curtains)!!! Though they immediately changed my room, but I kept feeling unsafe throughout my stay because of the scorpion experience. But aside from that the property was nice with excellent amenities (fitness classes were the best). I also loved the pool. Specifically the deeper ones. "

"We came here for my fiances birthday and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and we were checked on daily. Anyone who stays here would love it. I thank the staff for being so kind. This is hard to come by lately so it is very much appreciated."

"We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. The games room was available and we played some foosball, pool and air hockey, but two of the 4 arcade games were out of order. When travelling with two young kids....what else are you...
