"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"駅に近くて便利です。カプセルですがコスパは良いと思います。風呂は地下に降りて行きます。周囲の迷惑になり得るということでベッドでの目覚ましの使用禁止とありました。趣旨は理解できるのですが、旅行者にとって目覚ましは必須のように思います。"

"2連泊しました。2日目の掃除簡単で良かったのですが、綺麗に掃除して頂いてました。決して新しい建物ではないですが、清潔感がある施設でした。フロントに近い方の風呂のシャワーの1ヶ所がお湯、殆ど出ませんでした。修理されたら良いと思います"

"An affordable stay for the purpose of my short trip to TeamLab Hidden Traces of Rice Terraces. Conveniently located near the train station. Received a warm welcome when I arrived. Nice spacious room with clean & comfy bed! The toilet & bathroom is super Japanese Standard as usual. Always appreciate that."
