"When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful. "

"There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel."
