"We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. The gentleman at the desk told me since we booked through 3rd party ( Expedia) there is nothing he can do but we get a bottle of wine in our rooms. "Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station. Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order. Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite. "

"You have to pay for everything separately. This town loves overcharging you. Whatever your price is online is not true to the amount you actually end up paying. Whole town is just a bunch of scammers. "
